Leading luxury real estate developer Oberoi Realty Limited has announced its financial results for the third quarter (Q3) of FY 2025-26. The Mumbai-based firm reported a consolidated net profit of ₹622.64 crore, marking a marginal year-on-year growth compared to ₹618.38 crore in the same period last fiscal year.
The company’s revenue from operations for the December quarter stood at ₹1,492.64 crore, reflecting a growth of approximately 5.8% over the previous year’s ₹1,410 crore. Despite the steady revenue growth, profit margins saw slight compression due to rising operational costs and the impact of new labor codes.
In a move to reward its investors, the Board of Directors has approved a third interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. This represents 20% of the face value of ₹10 per share. The company has fixed January 23, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for this payout.
While the company did not launch any new projects during the October-December period, its existing portfolio across Mumbai’s premium residential and commercial segments continued to drive cash flows. Total income for the quarter reached ₹1,561.74 crore, supported by “Other Income” which surged over 40% year-on-year.
Industry analysts note that while the results missed some street estimates, Oberoi Realty’s balance sheet remains robust with a low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.17. The company is currently navigating the implementation of India’s new Labor Codes, which resulted in a minor one-time exceptional expense of ₹2.3 crore this quarter.
Looking ahead, the developer is expected to maintain its focus on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Gurugram, with several high-profile launches anticipated in the final quarter of the fiscal year to bolster sales momentum.
