Shares of Prestige Estates Projects saw a gain of 2.15% in Tuesday’s trading session, with the stock price moving up to approximately ₹1,628.50. The stock is part of the Nifty Midcap 150 index, reflecting its active presence in India’s mid-cap real estate segment.
During the quarter ending June 2025, Prestige Estates Projects reported consolidated revenue of ₹2,307.30 Crore, beating its revenue from the same period in the previous year, which was ₹1,862.10 Crore. Net profit for the same quarter stood at ₹328.00 Crore, compared to ₹319.80 Crore in June 2024.
On an annual basis, the company’s financials show that for the year ending March 2025, revenue was ₹7,349.40 Crore, slightly down from ₹7,877.10 Crore in the previous year. Meanwhile, net profit saw a drop from ₹1,617.40 Crore in FY2023–24 to ₹659.90 Crore in FY2024–25.
