Bengaluru-based real estate developer Puravankara Limited has released its operational update for the first quarter of the 2026–27 fiscal year (Q1FY27). The company reported a 28% year-on-year increase in sales bookings, totaling ₹1,439 crore for the April–June period, compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
The real estate firm attributed the growth to a combination of higher booking volumes alongside improved average price realizations across its residential portfolios.
Key Volume and Realization Metrics
In volume terms, Puravankara’s total sales area expanded to 1.36 million square feet, representing a 9% increase compared to the same period last year. Additionally, the average price realization during the quarter experienced an 18% year-on-year upward shift, rising to ₹10,589 per square foot.
Furthermore, customer fund collections demonstrated strong upward momentum during the quarter. The collection of funds from homebuyers rose by 40% year-on-year, reaching ₹1,199 crore for the three-month period ending June 30, 2026.
Delivery Timeline and Mid-Term Targets
During the June quarter, Puravankara successfully completed and handed over 0.94 million square feet of space, effectively delivering 745 homes to buyers. Commenting on the quarterly performance, Managing Director Ashish Puravankara noted that the operational results keep the company aligned with its annual targets.
“With this strong start to the year, we remain firmly on track to achieve our 2026–27 sales guidance of Rs 11,200 crore across the Southern and Western regions, and we are confident of building on this momentum through the remainder of the year,” the Managing Director stated.
