Technical Overview and Structural Configuration

The master plan focuses on a single standalone high-rise block engineered to optimize vertical footprint while offering spacious residential quarters.

The proposed high-rise development by Rajarajeshware Elana Estate LLP (RRBC Group) near South End Circle in Jayanagar consists of a single standalone tower structured with 2 basements, a ground floor, and 24 upper floors (2B+G+24UF). The building will reach a total height of 93 metres and will feature an exclusive inventory of 80 residential units.

Strategic Location and Urban Integration

Situated near South End Circle—the boundary between Jayanagar and Basavanagudi—the project provides convenient access to Namma Metro’s Green Line via the South End Circle Metro Station.

The surrounding locality features proximity to major commercial avenues, educational institutions, parks, and medical facilities, supporting transit-oriented high-density living in South Bengaluru.
