Century Kindle is a practical buy for families who want a new home in an established part of Yelahanka rather than in the still-developing airport belt. The mix of 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK homes keeps tickets close to ₹1 to 2 Cr, and six homes per floor keeps the towers comfortable.
The 2031 completion date is the main trade-off. For buyers who can plan that far ahead, early inventory at launch pricing in a neighbourhood with schools and hospitals already running is a sensible North Bengaluru entry.
