About Mayflower at The Prestige City
Mayflower is the entrance parcel of The Prestige City Indirapuram, Prestige Group’s integrated township on NH-24 in Indirapuram Extension. It looks over a large open green and sits next to the two-acre garden that forms the township’s frontage, with its own access from the main entry road as well as the common entry through the green buffer and retail complex.
The parcel has two residential blocks. Fern has two towers on the periphery that overlook the clubhouse and amenities, and Gulmohar has two towers along the eastern boulevard. Both use a cross-shaped floor plate with four homes per floor, so each home shares only one wall and gets three open sides. The mix centres on the 3 Bed Ultima and 4 Bed Magnus, with duplex homes on the ground floor and sky mansions on the top floors.

Mayflower is the most exclusive parcel in The Prestige City Indirapuram. With 620 homes on 6.63 acres, density is about 94 homes per acre, low for 41-floor towers, and the private clubhouse keeps the amenities uncrowded.
