91Springboard, one of India’s leading flexible workspace providers, has announced a significant expansion with the launch of two new centres in Mumbai and Gurugram. The company has leased around one lakh square feet of commercial space to set up these hubs, which are expected to become operational by the next quarter. This development marks another milestone in 91Springboard’s ongoing nationwide growth strategy for 2025.
The upcoming Mumbai workspace will be located in Hiranandani Business Park at LightHall, Andheri East, covering nearly 40,000 square feet. Positioned in one of the city’s busiest commercial pockets, the centre is designed to offer convenient access to major transport routes, including metro and rail connectivity. The Gurugram centre, spread across approximately 60,000 square feet, will come up in DLF World Trade Park, a strategic location known for its strong commercial infrastructure and proximity to key business districts.
This expansion is aligned with the rising demand for flexible and managed office spaces across major Indian cities. The new workspaces aim to serve a wide range of occupiers, including large enterprises, global capability centres, MSMEs, and high-growth startups seeking scalable and modern office environments. Both new centres will feature Grade-A infrastructure, high-speed internet, collaborative zones, 24×7 security, energy-efficient lighting, and other contemporary amenities designed to support productivity and community engagement.
In 2025, 91Springboard has already added half a million square feet to its portfolio and plans to expand by an additional one million square feet by the end of the financial year. With these two new hubs, the company’s total footprint now stands at 1.64 million square feet across 43 centres in major cities such as Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Goa, Chennai, Noida, and Mumbai.
The move reflects the growing shift toward hybrid and flexible workspace models in India. As businesses continue to prioritise cost-efficiency, scalability, and wellness-focused office designs, providers like 91Springboard are strengthening their presence in high-demand urban markets with strategically located and well-equipped centres.
