Arkade Developers has announced an investment of approximately ₹2,500 crore to launch five new residential projects across Mumbai in 2026. The developments are planned in Goregaon, Thane, Borivali, Malad, and Santacruz, targeting Mumbai’s high-demand residential areas. Together, the projects are expected to have a Gross Development Value exceeding ₹3,700 crore.
The total developable area for these projects will be around 4.41 million square feet, with an estimated 1.4 million square feet of saleable carpet area. This expansion strengthens Arkade Developers’ presence in the residential market and addresses growing demand for quality housing in the western and central suburbs of Mumbai. The company currently manages several ongoing projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a cumulative development portfolio exceeding 5.5 million square feet. In the financial year 2024–25, Arkade successfully handed over more than 650 residential units, showcasing its consistent execution capabilities.
Mumbai’s real estate sector continues to see strong activity, with developers focusing on new launches and redevelopment to meet housing demand. Arkade’s new project pipeline is designed to cater to both mid-end and premium residential segments. Investments in areas like Goregaon and Borivali leverage strong connectivity, improved infrastructure, and high residential demand, trends that are shaping Mumbai’s property market in 2026.
Construction of the five residential projects is scheduled to begin in 2026. Arkade Developers’ ₹2,500 crore investment highlights the company’s confidence in Mumbai’s residential real estate growth. The projects are expected to significantly boost housing supply and further strengthen Arkade’s portfolio across major Mumbai Metropolitan Region corridors.
