BlackRock Services India Pvt Ltd has signed a lease for approximately 1.43 lakh sq. ft. of commercial office space in Bengaluru at a total value of ₹410 crore over a 10-year term. The lease is with IndiQube, covering the ground plus five floors at KNG Tower 1 in IndiQube Symphony, Ashok Nagar on MG Road.
Under the terms, the monthly rent is fixed at ₹2.72 crore, at a rate of ₹190 per sq ft. An initial security deposit of ₹21.75 crore has been paid. The lease is set to commence from 1 October 2025.
The deal highlights continued demand in Bengaluru’s central business district for large-scale, premium office space. It signals confidence from global firms in the city’s commercial property market.
