Brigade Group has proposed a landmark mixed-use township project on Old Madras Road (OMR), East Bengaluru, with a massive investment of ₹3,728 crore. The development will integrate residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and retail components, making it one of the largest urban projects in the region.
The project is expected to transform OMR into a high-growth urban corridor, catering to Bengaluru’s rising demand for integrated living and working spaces. With a mix of residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality infrastructure, Brigade’s mega township aims to create a self-sustaining ecosystem, setting new benchmarks in city-scale development.
