Chennai-based real estate developer Casagrand has announced a fully sponsored, week-long international trip to London for 1,000 of its employees as part of its annual “Profit Share Bonanza” initiative. The company organizes this reward programme every year to recognise the efforts and performance of its workforce across India and Dubai. Employees will travel in batches, marking one of the largest international reward tours planned by an Indian real estate company.
The London trip is designed to provide employees with an immersive cultural and sightseeing experience. The curated itinerary includes visits to prominent attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, London Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. The plan also features a tour of Windsor Castle, exploring the lively streets of Camden Market, and a special gala dinner hosted at InterContinental London. The experience will conclude with a scenic Thames River cruise, offering participants a comprehensive view of the city’s iconic landmarks.
Casagrand has been conducting this employee-reward initiative for several years, making international travel accessible to thousands of its team members. More than 6,000 employees have already travelled to destinations including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai and Spain through this programme. The company states that the initiative strengthens workplace motivation, fosters team bonding and reinforces its people-centric culture.
The management emphasised that this annual trip is aimed at recognising the hard work and dedication employees contribute to the organisation’s growth. Many staff members travelling this year are expected to be first-time international travellers, making the upcoming tour a significant milestone for them personally and professionally.
Founded in 2003, Casagrand has delivered more than 160 residential projects covering over 53 million sq ft across key South Indian markets. The company continues to expand its development portfolio while maintaining a focus on employee engagement and organisational culture. The upcoming London trip adds to its list of large-scale reward initiatives and highlights its commitment to celebrating the achievements of its workforce.
