DLF Ltd, one of India’s leading real estate developers, reported a 14% year‑on‑year increase in consolidated net profit for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 (Q3 FY26). Net profit rose to ₹1,203.36 crore for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, compared with ₹1,058.73 crore in the same period last year.

DLF’s total income for Q3 FY26 climbed significantly, reaching ₹2,479.54 crore, up from ₹1,737.47 crore a year ago, reflecting robust growth in operational performance across its core business segments. The revenue surge was driven by improved sales collections and diversified income streams, including contributions from its annuity and rental businesses.

Despite strong top‑line performance, DLF saw a moderate compression in operating margins, as higher costs impacted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA). The company’s operating EBITDA experienced slight pressure due to increased land and operational expenses during the quarter.

One of the most notable achievements during the period was DLF’s attainment of a zero gross debt position, underscoring its strengthening balance sheet and disciplined capital management approach. The firm also reported a healthy net cash position, bolstered by strong cash generation and collections.

During Q3 FY26, DLF recorded sales bookings of approximately ₹419 crore, which was lower than the corresponding period last year, partly due to fewer new project launches. Despite this, solid collection momentum from existing inventories supported the quarterly results.

DLF’s management reaffirmed its confidence in meeting full‑year guidance for FY26, with ongoing project launches and strategic expansion across residential, commercial, and retail segments. The company’s diversified portfolio continues to position it as a key player in India’s organised real estate sector.
