Strategic Location and Expansion
The acquired land is located in Sector 63A, a prime residential corridor along the Golf Course Extension Road. This acquisition is part of Godrej Properties’ aggressive growth strategy to solidify its presence in high-demand markets across India.
“This new acquisition will further enhance our development portfolio in NCR, with good diversification across micro-markets, enabling us to cater to the region’s robust demand,” said Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties.
Record-Breaking Fiscal Year
The acquisition marks a milestone for the developer in the current financial year. According to the company, it has added over Rs 40,000 crore in future sales potential through portfolio additions in FY 2025-26.
Pandey highlighted the scale of this achievement, stating, “This represents delivery of 2X our business development guidance for the full financial year and makes it our best-ever year for business development in terms of future booking value locked in.”
Strong Market Performance
Godrej Properties continues to see strong momentum in its operations. The company recently reported a 25% year-on-year rise in sales bookings, totaling Rs 24,008 crore during the first nine months of the current fiscal year. Management remains confident in achieving its full-year sales target of Rs 32,500 crore for FY 2025-26.
