  • Security Deposit: JLL has paid a security deposit of ₹3.84 crore.

  • Escalation Clause: The agreement includes a rental escalation of 15% every three years.

  • Timeline: The lease officially commenced on September 15, 2025, but the rent payment will begin on April 15, 2026, following a seven-month rent-free fit-out period.
