New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd (NCCCL) has secured a construction contract valued at ₹112.5 crore from Lodha Developers Ltd, marking another notable development in India’s real estate and construction sector. The contract has been awarded through a formal letter of award and reflects continued engagement between the two companies.
As per the disclosed details, the scope of work includes the construction of Tower 1 along with associated non-tower structures at Lodha’s residential project in Alibaug, Maharashtra. The assignment covers a built-up area of approximately 7.26 lakh square feet and involves core structural construction activities. The project is scheduled to commence around mid-January 2026, with an expected execution timeline of 24 months.
This latest order strengthens NCCCL’s existing order book and highlights its ongoing role in large-scale residential developments. The company has previously executed multiple projects for Lodha Developers, including residential construction at Palava spanning nearly 13 lakh square feet and a commercial development in Thane. These repeat orders indicate operational continuity and established working relations between the contractor and the developer.
Founded in 1946, NCCCL is a Mumbai-based engineering and construction firm with experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. The company has undertaken several infrastructure and real estate assignments across different regions in India, catering to both public and private sector clients.
Lodha Developers Ltd is one of India’s prominent real estate companies, with a strong presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and expanding footprints across major cities. The developer is known for large-scale residential townships, premium housing, and mixed-use developments. The Alibaug project forms part of Lodha’s broader strategy to develop residential destinations in emerging lifestyle markets near Mumbai.
The award of this contract comes at a time when construction activity in the residential segment continues to remain steady, supported by demand for premium and lifestyle housing. For NCCCL, the project contributes to revenue visibility over the medium term, while for Lodha Developers, it supports timely execution of planned phases within its Alibaug development.
The development reflects ongoing momentum in India’s real estate construction landscape, driven by established developers and experienced execution partners.
