BENGALURU – In a significant announcement outlining its roadmap for the Fiscal Year 2025-26, real estate major Prestige Group has revealed a massive project pipeline with a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹25,000 Crore. The expansion strategy focuses heavily on its stronghold in Bengaluru while aggressively expanding its residential footprint in Hyderabad and commercial presence in Mumbai.
The developer has released details for eight upcoming projects spanning residential apartments, plotted developments, and commercial spaces.
Bengaluru: The Market Leader Continues Dominance
The group continues to bet big on Bengaluru with four major projects contributing nearly ₹9,000 Crore to the total pipeline.

Evergreen @ Prestige Raintree Park (Whitefield): This appears to be the flagship launch for the year, boasting a massive GDV of ₹5,000 Crore. The project will feature luxury apartments, and the survey process is already live, signaling an imminent launch.

The Prestige City 2.0 (Sarjapur): Following the success of its previous township projects, this new phase in Sarjapur has a projected GDV of ₹1,500 Crore. The developer has announced that survey forms for this project went live on December 12, 2025.

Prestige Southern Star Phase 2 (Begur/Akshayanagar): Located off Bannerghatta Road, this residential apartment project adds another ₹1,500 Crore to the portfolio. Pre-launch activities are scheduled to begin in February 2026.
