Shriram Properties has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for a 6.5-acre plot in North Bengaluru. The planned residential development is set to offer approximately 0.6 million square feet of saleable space and carries a Gross Development Value (GDV) estimated at ₹500 crore.
The land parcel is located in Yelahanka, adjacent to a proposed 154-acre Madapanahalli Biodiversity Park that will include features such as eucalyptus groves, medicinal gardens, an aviary, a zoo, and a tree park. This positions the project in a rapidly evolving residential zone within North Bengaluru.
In Q1 FY26, Shriram Properties reported a 17% year-on-year increase in sales volume, amounting to 0.8 million sq ft valued at ₹441 crore. Collections reached ₹388 crore, marking a 5% rise. Total revenue stood at ₹262 crore, with a healthy 34% gross margin and ₹46.5 crore EBITDA. The net profit was reported at ₹20.6 crore.
