Rajapushpa Imperia – Tellapur, West Hyderabad

Rajapushpa Imperia is a newly launched, premium gated community in Tellapur, near the Financial District and Gachibowli in West Hyderabad. The project is developed by Rajapushpa Properties Pvt. Ltd. across approximately 24 acres, which closely matches the 96,990.77 Sq.M (about 23.97 acres) land area registered with HMDA and RERA. The development comprises 8 residential towers of 40 floors each – named Eden, Falcon, Grace, Hazel, Daisy, Casper, Aster and Blossom on the developer’s published master plan, and registered as Blocks A through H in the RERA filing – along with a separate multi-level clubhouse building (Club Palazzio). The project’s building plan was approved by HMDA on 4 September 2021, with a proposed completion date of 3 September 2027. Officially, the project is registered under RC Puram Mandal, Sangareddy District, in Telapur village, Tellapur locality, Pin 502032 – the registered district differs from the “Hyderabad” branding commonly used in marketing, though Tellapur and West Hyderabad remain the correct locality description. The RERA filing’s per-block construction-progress tables show the residential towers at an advanced stage: Blocks B, C and D are recorded as 100% complete across both structural work and finishing (internal plaster, flooring, sanitary and electrical fittings, staircases, external plumbing and elevation); Blocks E, F and G are structurally complete with finishing works recorded at 80%; and Block A is structurally complete with finishing works trailing at 50-60%. The standalone clubhouse building, by contrast, is recorded at only the excavation stage, with 0% progress on its structure and finishing in the same filing. Apartment sizes across the project range from approximately 1,350 Sq.Ft (2 BHK) to approximately 2,880 Sq.Ft (largest 3 BHK), consistent with the unit sizes marked on the developer’s published master plan.
