Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd (ARIIL) has reported a 14.09% year-on-year decline in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company’s profit stood at ₹30.37 crore compared to ₹35.35 crore recorded in the same quarter last year.

Despite the dip in profit, the real estate developer reported strong growth in sales and collections during the quarter. Total income increased by 8.30% to ₹221.01 crore, up from ₹204.08 crore in the corresponding period last year. Ajmera Realty achieved a significant 48% rise in sales value to ₹828 crore and a 52% increase in customer collections to ₹454 crore. The sales volume also rose by 20%, reaching 2,93,016 sq. ft.

The company attributed this performance to sustained demand across projects and efficient execution strategies. Ajmera Realty also highlighted its stable financial position, maintaining a healthy debt-to-equity ratio of 0.55x, which reflects prudent financial management and operational resilience.

Looking ahead, the company has outlined an ambitious project pipeline. In the second half of FY26, Ajmera Realty plans to launch a large-scale office development spanning over six lakh sq. ft with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,800 crore. For FY27 and beyond, the company aims to tap into the luxury housing segment with projects covering 13.8 lakh sq. ft and a GDV of approximately ₹5,700 crore.

Additionally, the next phase of the “Ajmera Manhattan” project, spread across about nine lakh sq. ft, is expected to deliver a GDV of around ₹3,200 crore. These new launches are set to strengthen the company’s presence across key real estate markets and drive future revenue growth.

While the short-term profitability saw a marginal decline, the company’s strong operational performance, increased sales, and upcoming project launches position Ajmera Realty for sustained growth in the coming quarters.
