Apple Inc. has significantly increased its footprint in Bengaluru by leasing additional office space at Embassy Zenith, a premier Grade-A commercial tower. With this latest expansion, Apple’s total occupied area in the building has reached nearly 4 lakh square feet.

According to recent property documents, Apple India Pvt. Ltd. has secured an additional 1.21 lakh sq ft, building on its 2.68 lakh sq ft lease from April 2025.
