Brigade Enterprises Ltd on Friday announced that its upcoming Twin Towers project in North-West Bengaluru has secured a ₹126 crore investment from Shruti Pai, Creative Director at Manipal Education and Medical Group International India Pvt. Ltd.
The infusion is expected to boost development momentum for the landmark project, which is being positioned as one of Brigade’s signature premium offerings in the region. While details of the stake or structure of the investment were not disclosed, the move highlights growing investor confidence in Bengaluru’s high-rise residential market.
Industry experts note that large-scale investments from reputed entrepreneurs and business leaders underline the city’s continuing appeal as a real estate growth hub.
