EIH Ltd, the flagship company of The Oberoi Group, has announced plans to expand its presence in Bengaluru with two new luxury hotels under the Oberoi and Trident brands. Scheduled for completion by 2030, the upcoming properties will be located in Hebbal, one of the city’s fastest-growing commercial and residential hubs.

The development will include Oberoi Hebbal with 120 keys and Trident Hebbal with 250 keys, adding a total of 370 rooms to Bengaluru’s hospitality market. Both hotels are expected to cater to the rising demand for premium accommodations in North Bengaluru, driven by its connectivity, thriving IT parks, and proximity to Kempegowda International Airport.

Hebbal has emerged as a preferred destination for corporates and investors due to its robust infrastructure and seamless access to key business districts. The launch of Oberoi and Trident hotels is likely to further strengthen the hospitality ecosystem in the region, attracting both business and leisure travelers.

EIH Ltd currently operates luxury hotels under The Oberoi and Trident brands across major Indian cities and international locations. The addition of these properties in Hebbal will mark a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy, as Bengaluru continues to position itself as a global business hub.

With the expansion, Bengaluru will join other Indian metros such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai, where both Oberoi and Trident brands are already present. The project also highlights the growing trend of luxury hotel developments in North Bengaluru, which has been witnessing rapid growth in real estate, commercial spaces, and hospitality.

The Oberoi Hebbal and Trident Hebbal are expected to be operational by 2030, enhancing the city’s status as a premier hospitality destination.
