Cyient Semiconductors, a division of the Cyient Group specializing in ASIC/ASSP design and power-efficient silicon solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with Anora, a global provider of semiconductor testing services. The collaboration aims to offer end-to-end test and validation solutions for semiconductor product development within India.
Under the agreement, the companies will establish a state-of-the-art validation and production test facility in Bengaluru. Key features of the facility will include a clean room, advanced automated test equipment, device and package qualification tools, and custom test solutions. The new facility will complement Cyient’s existing clean room operations in Allen, Texas, enabling smoother transitions from silicon prototype to high-volume production.
The partnership is designed to cover multiple stages of the semiconductor value chain including architecture, design, silicon bring-up, qualification, testing, and production validation. This integrated offering is expected to help customers shorten time-to-market by centralizing critical testing and validation steps within India.
By combining Cyient’s infrastructure and technical expertise with Anora’s testing capabilities, the initiative aims to strengthen local semiconductor ecosystems. The facility in Bengaluru is intended to serve as a single, unified source for customers needing both design/service models and turnkey test/validation pipelines.
