Experion Developers has announced a ₹1,500 crore investment to develop an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 151, Noida. The move reflects growing developer interest in the premium housing segment of the Delhi-NCR real estate market.
The upcoming project, named SAATORI, will be developed across nearly five acres along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. It will feature around three high-rise towers rising up to 38 floors. In total, approximately 450 ultra-luxury apartments are planned under the development.
The project will have a built-up area of nearly 16 lakh square feet. It will primarily offer spacious 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences. The homes are being designed with a focus on larger layouts, natural light, ventilation, and modern architecture. International design and landscaping consultants have been engaged to enhance the overall planning and aesthetics of the project.
Sector 151 has emerged as one of the fast-growing residential corridors in Noida due to strong connectivity and infrastructure development. The area offers direct access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and is located close to the Sector 148 Metro station. It also provides connectivity to major commercial hubs, educational institutions, and upcoming infrastructure projects in the region.
Recent market trends indicate sustained momentum in the Noida property market. This reflects increasing confidence in Noida’s residential sector.
Similarly, infrastructure-led growth across the region has supported new project launches.
