Facebook India Online Services Pvt Ltd, part of global tech leader Meta Platforms Inc., has signed a five-year lease for nearly 69,702 sq. ft. of office space in Hyderabad’s Hitec City, strengthening its presence in the southern tech hub. The office is located in Skyview 20, a premium building offering modern infrastructure and 70 dedicated car parking slots.

The lease agreement, formalized in early December 2025, involves monthly rents of nearly ₹67 lakh with a 15% escalation after three years. This strategic investment underscores Facebook India’s confidence in Hyderabad’s growing importance as a Global Capability Centre (GCC) destination. Hyderabad’s robust digital infrastructure, skilled workforce, and competitive office rents make it an attractive choice for multinational corporations, including technology giants and service firms.

Industry analysts note that the city’s Grade-A office market remains resilient, with strong participation from IT and technology-focused companies. This development aligns with broader trends where Hyderabad continues to host premium office spaces from leading developers. Notably, properties like Prestige Lakeside Habitat and Sobha Altair have contributed to Hitec City’s reputation as a preferred corporate and residential destination.

For Facebook India, this new office lease reinforces its operational base while signaling Hyderabad’s rise as a strategic node for technology and corporate offices. As the city continues to attract multinational investments and high-end office developments, companies like Facebook benefit from a thriving ecosystem that combines business infrastructure with lifestyle amenities.

This move also highlights the growing demand for premium office spaces in Hitec City, a trend mirrored by other notable developments such as Prestige Elm Park, further establishing Hyderabad as one of India’s fastest-growing corporate hubs.
