Bengaluru-based GT Bharathi Urban Developers Pvt. Ltd. (GTB) has announced the launch of its landmark luxury township, Republic of Nature (RON), along Chennai’s picturesque East Coast Road (ECR). The Republic of Nature will include distinctive features such as a man-made lagoon beach, lush green landscapes, and sea-view residences. The township also offers inclusive community spaces such as clubhouses, fitness zones, and wellness retreats. In addition, residents can opt for fully managed homes, with services covering housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage management.
Homes in the first phase are priced from ₹99 lakh for premium apartments, while villas range between ₹3.75 crore and ₹6.5 crore, placing the project among Chennai’s leading luxury real estate offerings.
