Indian Hotels Company Limited has signed a new hotel project under its Gateway brand in Hennur, Bengaluru, strengthening its presence in one of the city’s fast-growing residential and commercial corridors. The upcoming Gateway Hennur, Bengaluru, is planned as a large-format hospitality development aimed at catering to both business and leisure travellers visiting the city.

The hotel will feature a total of 350 guest rooms, designed to offer contemporary comfort and efficient service. The property will include multiple food and beverage options, comprising an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, a speciality restaurant and a lounge. These outlets are expected to serve a wide range of cuisines and cater to hotel guests as well as visitors from nearby areas.

Event and business infrastructure will form a key component of the project. Gateway Hennur, Bengaluru, will offer over 16,000 square feet of banqueting space, along with dedicated meeting rooms. This infrastructure is expected to support corporate meetings, conferences, social functions and large-scale events, addressing the growing demand for organised event venues in North Bengaluru.

The hotel will also focus on wellness and recreation facilities. Planned amenities include a fully equipped gym, a health club, a swimming pool and treatment rooms. These facilities are intended to enhance guest experience by offering options for fitness, relaxation and rejuvenation during their stay.

Hennur has emerged as a strategic location in Bengaluru due to its proximity to key business districts, residential developments and connectivity to major arterial roads. The addition of a Gateway hotel in this area aligns with IHCL’s expansion strategy of strengthening its footprint in high-growth urban markets.

With this signing, IHCL continues to expand its hotel portfolio across major Indian cities, responding to increasing demand for quality hospitality infrastructure. The Gateway Hennur project is expected to contribute to Bengaluru’s hospitality ecosystem by offering additional room inventory, event spaces and lifestyle amenities once operational
