Logitech Electronics India has signed a commercial lease for office space in the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai, one of the city’s key business districts. The company has taken office space on the fourth floor of the Trade Centre building, covering approximately 2,010 square feet. The total lease value is estimated at around ₹4 crore for a five-year term, with an annual rental escalation of 5 percent.
The monthly rent for the leased premises is reported at ₹6.03 lakh, while the security deposit is around ₹81 lakh. These terms reflect the current rates for premium commercial office space in BKC, which continues to be a preferred location for multinational and domestic firms alike.
The transaction was facilitated by corporate real estate advisors active in brokering commercial deals across Mumbai’s main business hubs. The Trade Centre is a Grade-A commercial property offering modern amenities, strong connectivity, and a strategic location within BKC, making it attractive for companies seeking high-quality office environments.
This lease highlights the continued appeal of BKC as a corporate office destination, even as hybrid work trends influence how businesses use office space. Companies are increasingly focusing on well-located, compact offices that support collaboration and client engagement while managing operational costs effectively.
Mumbai’s commercial real estate market has seen steady leasing activity, with several domestic and international firms expanding or renewing their presence in key properties across BKC and other prime locations. This transaction reinforces BKC’s position as a hub for corporate office space and reflects the ongoing demand for premium commercial properties in the city.
