Luxury real estate developer M3M India has announced a landmark ₹3,500 crore investment to launch ELIE SAAB-branded ultra-premium residences in the National Capital Region (NCR). This collaboration marks the first entry of the iconic Lebanese designer into Indian real estate, bringing global luxury standards to high-net-worth buyers.
The initiative will feature two signature residential developments under the brand “Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB”, aligning with M3M’s strategy of partnering with international luxury brands to elevate its portfolio. This approach follows its earlier collaborations with brands such as Trump and Jacob & Co.
The first project, located along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, will feature approximately 300 high-end apartments across 1.3 million square feet, with prices starting near ₹15 crore. Each residence is designed with premium finishes and ELIE SAAB-inspired aesthetics, blending contemporary luxury with timeless style.
The second development, in Noida’s Sector 98, spans six acres and will include around 650 units, offering both luxury apartments and serviced residences. Unit prices are expected to range from ₹9 crore to ₹12.5 crore, catering to India’s growing market of high-net-worth buyers. The project is being executed by M3M’s group company, Smartworld Developers.
By combining global design aesthetics with India’s booming luxury real estate demand, M3M and ELIE SAAB aim to redefine luxury living in the NCR. These projects are expected to attract discerning buyers seeking branded residences that seamlessly merge style, comfort, and long-term investment value.
