Bengaluru-based real estate developer MAIA Estates has raised ₹120 crore from Arnya Growth Partners to develop its upcoming residential project, The Seven, in South Bengaluru. The investment aims to strengthen MAIA’s growth pipeline and enhance its footprint in the city’s luxury housing segment.
The new project, spread across approximately six lakh square feet in Basavanagudi, will feature premium residential units designed to meet the growing demand for modern urban living in Bengaluru. Construction for The Seven is expected to begin in early 2026, with completion targeted for 2029. The development will focus on quality architecture, sustainable features, and customer-centric design — areas where MAIA has consistently demonstrated expertise.
Founded in 2016, MAIA Estates has built a reputation for delivering high-end residential projects in Bengaluru. The company currently has around 11 million square feet of development under planning and construction across various segments.
