Marriott International, Inc. has announced the signing of an agreement with Aratt One World Pvt Ltd to develop the JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City, marking the third JW Marriott property in Bengaluru.
The upcoming luxury hotel will feature 370 guest rooms and is planned to become operational by 2030. The partnership signifies Marriott’s continued expansion in India’s hospitality sector and strengthens its footprint in South Bengaluru’s Electronic City, a fast-growing business and residential hub.
Aratt One World Pvt Ltd has committed an estimated ₹3,500 crore investment for the integrated development, with ₹1,200 crore allocated to the first phase. The new JW Marriott is expected to cater to business travelers, global executives, and leisure guests seeking premium hospitality in proximity to Bengaluru’s key IT and industrial corridors.
Electronic City, home to several multinational corporations and tech parks, has emerged as one of Bengaluru’s most prominent business districts. The new JW Marriott project aligns with the area’s growing demand for high-end accommodations and international-standard facilities.
With this signing, Marriott International reinforces its leadership in India’s luxury hotel segment, offering exceptional service and world-class amenities under the JW Marriott brand.
