The Independent Safety Assessment (ISA) is scheduled for July 7 and 8, followed by the Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) inspection from July 15. According to BMRCL Managing Director M. Maheshwar Rao, the Yellow Line is on schedule for commissioning by the end of July, with commercial operations expected to commence in the first week of August, subject to successful approvals.

In a major highlight, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to inaugurate the Yellow Line during a ceremonial event in early August.
