The location is strategic. Neelambur sits on Coimbatore’s eastern edge, close to major roads and highways. The tech park will be well connected to the Coimbatore International Airport and other key transport routes. This makes commuting easy for employees and businesses.
The project aligns with the city’s growing IT sector. Coimbatore has seen a steady rise in IT offices and tech parks. KPR Tech Park will strengthen Neelambur’s position as a Tier-2 IT destination.
While tenant details are yet to be announced, early interest from companies is high. The park is expected to create thousands of jobs, both direct and indirect. It will also boost business and economic activity in the eastern suburbs.
