New Delhi, June 10, 2025 — The Wealth Company Asset Management, the asset management arm of the Pantomath Group, has launched a ₹2,000 crore Bharat Bhoomi Fund aimed at investing in India’s real estate sector. The fund forms part of the fifth Bharat Value Fund series and consists of a ₹1,000 crore Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) with an additional ₹1,000 crore greenshoe option.

The fund targets ready-to-launch real estate assets across multiple sectors including data centers, warehousing, hospitality, renewable energy parks, infrastructure-led corridors, and plotted developments. It also plans to invest in mid-to-premium residential and mixed-use projects in key metropolitan areas such as Mumbai, NCR, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Leading the fund are industry veterans Rakesh Kumar, who brings experience from Shell, Walmart, and Reliance, and Bhavya Bagrecha, known for executing institutional real estate investments and pioneering India’s first REIT-style structure under SEBI’s regulations. The advisory team includes Peter Sharp, former head of Walmart’s Asia real estate operations.

The Bharat Bhoomi Fund has identified a pipeline of about 1,200 acres across six projects, positioning itself to deploy capital quickly and strategically. The fund aims to meet the rising demand for real assets with tangible value in line with India’s digital transformation and sustainability goals.

With this move, the Pantomath Group reinforces its commitment to expanding its presence in India’s growing real estate market, offering investors new opportunities in a sector that continues to attract significant attention.
