Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Ltd has purchased a 9,419 sq ft luxury apartment in DLF’s premium residential project, The Camellias, for ₹95 crore. The transaction, registered on September 29, was recorded through the property registration data accessed via CRE Matrix.
Located in Gurugram’s upscale Golf Course Road area, The Camellias is one of India’s most luxurious residential developments by DLF Ltd. The project has consistently attracted ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), with recent record-breaking transactions highlighting the strong demand for exclusive housing in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Earlier this year, an 11,416 sq ft apartment in the same project sold for nearly ₹100 crore, while another 16,290 sq ft penthouse was transacted for about ₹190 crore. According to CRE Matrix, four high-value properties in The Camellias were registered in September alone, with a combined worth of around ₹176 crore. Industry experts note that the current market price of these residences is likely higher than the registered values, indicating the project’s growing appeal among premium buyers.
DLF Ltd, India’s leading real estate developer by market capitalization, has developed more than 185 residential and commercial projects spanning over 352 million sq ft. The company’s super-luxury housing portfolio continues to expand, with its latest project, The Dahlias, launched in the same Gurugram area following the success of The Camellias.
The acquisition by Pioneer Urban Land underscores the robust momentum in India’s high-end housing segment. Analysts believe such transactions reflect a rising preference among affluent buyers for branded, ready-to-move-in properties with world-class amenities and secure community living.
As luxury real estate in Gurugram continues to attract both domestic and international investors, projects like The Camellias remain benchmarks for premium living and strong capital appreciation potential in India’s property market.
