Real estate major Puravankara Limited has proposed the development of a new residential apartment project on Kanakapura Road, one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing residential corridors.
According to the proposal, the project will feature two residential towers with a configuration of 2 Basements + Ground + 39 floors, reaching a total height of 132 metres. Together, the towers will comprise 256 premium residential units, designed to cater to the growing demand for high-rise urban living in South Bengaluru.
The project is expected to offer modern amenities, sustainable design features, and enhanced connectivity to key locations in the city. Kanakapura Road has emerged as a preferred residential hub in recent years, driven by its metro connectivity, proximity to NICE Road, and strong social infrastructure including schools, healthcare facilities, and retail hubs.
Puravankara, known for its large-scale residential communities, continues to strengthen its footprint in Bengaluru with this proposed high-rise development. Once approved, the project is likely to attract both homebuyers and investors seeking modern housing options in a well-connected location.
