Sai Purvi Developers are set to introduce a major mixed-use development in Varthur, Bengaluru, adding a significant new landmark to one of the city’s fastest-growing real estate corridors. The project aims to integrate commercial and residential spaces within a single, thoughtfully planned urban destination, catering to both the workforce and homebuyers in the eastern IT belt.
The commercial component features a high-rise tower designed as 2 Basements + Ground + 22 floors, reaching a height of 93 metres. With an expansive built-up area of approximately 600,000 sq. ft., the tower is expected to offer Grade-A office and retail spaces that will support the rising demand for high-quality commercial infrastructure in Varthur and Whitefield.
Complementing the commercial zone is a large-scale residential development spread across five blocks. These are distributed into three towers—Tower 1 (A & B Blocks), Tower 2 (C & D Blocks), and Tower 3 (E Block)—each rising 2B + G + 34 floors, touching a height of 108 metres. In total, the residential segment will house around 780 premium apartments, offering a mix of configurations suited for professionals, families, and investors.
This upcoming project is anticipated to further elevate Varthur’s skyline and contribute to the area’s thriving urban transformation. With its blend of high-rise commercial and residential infrastructure, the development reinforces Varthur’s position as a key growth hub within Bengaluru’s expanding eastern corridor.
