Hyderabad-based real estate developer Stonecraft Group has announced a significant investment of ₹300 crore to develop a large integrated township spread across 110 acres in Yadagiri Gutta, Telangana. The project, titled “Temple Town”, has been planned as a modern yet culturally inspired township designed to serve both residential buyers and senior living residents.
According to the company, the township is expected to generate a total revenue potential of around ₹1,100 crore. Out of the 110 acres, 90 acres have been allocated for residential plot development, with sales expected to contribute approximately ₹500 crore. The remaining 20 acres will be dedicated to a senior living enclave, which will feature 333 independent living units. This segment alone is projected to generate around ₹600 crore in revenue.
The township is located close to the famous Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, making the area a growing hub for both residential investment and cultural tourism. The project aims to offer a self-sustained living ecosystem, equipped with wide cement-concrete internal roads, terracotta walkways, landscaped green zones, underground utility networks, purpose-built temple spaces, and a wellness-focused clubhouse. The senior living cluster will include wellness amenities, enhanced accessibility features, and community facilities tailored to senior residents.
Connectivity to Yadagiri Gutta is anticipated to improve further with ongoing infrastructure upgrades and proposed expansion of rail links from Hyderabad. Such developments are expected to boost the township’s appeal among homebuyers seeking a combination of peaceful surroundings, cultural importance, and modern living standards.
Stonecraft Group currently has over 14.5 million sq ft of real estate under development across the Hyderabad region. With Temple Town, the company aims to strengthen its footprint in Telangana’s residential and senior-living market by delivering an integrated township that blends spiritual heritage with contemporary infrastructure.
The announcement marks one of the major township developments planned in the region, highlighting the rising demand for plotted developments and senior-living communities in Telangana.
