Leading real estate developer Sumadhura Group is set to launch six luxury residential projects across prime micro-markets in Bengaluru during FY26, targeting ₹10,000 crore in revenue. The initiative marks the Group’s largest annual launch in the city, reinforcing its presence in India’s premium residential segment.
The projects will span nearly 90 acres, comprising more than 4,000 residential units and over 400 plots, catering to high-net-worth buyers and investors. These developments are strategically located in fast-growing corridors including Whitefield, Panathur, Marathahalli–Thubarahalli, Rachenahalli, and Devanahalli. These areas are witnessing strong demand due to improved infrastructure, proximity to IT hubs, and excellent connectivity.
Among the launches are RERA-approved residential projects such as Folium by Sumadhura Phase 4 in Whitefield, Sumadhura Edition in Siddapura (Whitefield), and Sumadhura Solace on Marathahalli Main Road. Other upcoming ventures include Sumadhura Elysium at Panathur, Solea by Sumadhura at Rachenahalli, and Sumadhura Panorama Phase 2 in Devanahalli. The projects will feature luxury lifestyle amenities, expansive layouts, green spaces, and integrated community facilities.
Company executives highlight that these launches aim to redefine luxury living standards in Bengaluru while catering to increasing demand for premium housing. The developments are also expected to create attractive investment opportunities for buyers seeking high-end residential properties in strategic locations.
This push reflects strong confidence in Bengaluru’s luxury housing market. Interested buyers can explore more projects in North Bangalore to discover additional high-end residential opportunities.
