Managed workspace provider UrbanVault has leased 80,000 sq ft at Manyata Tech Park, one of India’s largest business parks. The new centre will house over 2,000 premium seats, with rentals starting from ₹10,000 per seat per month.
The facility has already secured clients including Cloud Odyssey, Pioneer, and SRM Tech.
With this addition, UrbanVault’s portfolio has crossed 2.58 million sq ft, covering more than 42,000 seats across Bengaluru, Pune, and Gurugram. In FY25, the company posted a ₹120 crore turnover, registering 70% year-on-year growth with an 18% PAT margin.
UrbanVault plans to invest ₹100 crore in FY26 to fuel further growth and is targeting an annual run rate of ₹250 crore, with a potential IPO by 2028.
