Zed Enterprises has submitted a proposal to develop a new 171-room, 5-star hotel in Belavatha Village, Kasaba Hobli, Mysuru, marking a significant addition to the city’s growing hospitality sector.
The planned project will feature a Hotel Block designed with three basements, ground floor, 13 upper floors, and a terrace, ensuring modern infrastructure and premium amenities for both leisure and business travelers. In addition, the design includes a Banquet Block comprising a ground floor and terrace, aimed at hosting large-scale events, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
The hotel will offer 171 luxury rooms along with world-class facilities expected of a five-star property. With Mysuru’s rising profile as a tourist hub and business destination, the proposed development is poised to enhance the city’s hospitality infrastructure while boosting employment and tourism opportunities in the region.
