Lansum Eldorado, a high-rise residential project located in Narsingi, Hyderabad, has received the Full Occupancy Certificate (OC) for both its towers, marking a key milestone in the project’s development lifecycle. With statutory approvals now in place, the handover process is currently underway, enabling eligible homebuyers to take possession of their apartments.

The project is recognised as Hyderabad’s first 40-floor residential development, positioning it among the city’s tallest completed residential towers. The receipt of the Full OC confirms that construction has been completed in accordance with approved plans and regulatory requirements, allowing legal occupation of the premises.

Located in the western growth corridor of Hyderabad, Narsingi has emerged as a prominent residential and commercial hub due to its proximity to the Financial District, Gachibowli, and key arterial roads. The area benefits from established social and retail infrastructure, including shopping malls, multiplexes, schools, and healthcare facilities, which continue to support sustained housing demand.

According to market observers, high-rise developments in this micro-market have seen steady interest from both end-users and investors, particularly projects that have crossed major regulatory milestones such as OC issuance. The availability of completed units with occupancy clearance reduces execution risk and improves transaction transparency for buyers.

Lansum Eldorado’s completion comes at a time when Hyderabad’s residential market continues to attract attention for its relatively stable pricing, improving connectivity, and growing employment base. The project’s location and scale align with the city’s broader trend toward vertical residential developments, especially in land-constrained, high-demand zones.

With possession now progressing, the project transitions from the construction phase into the operational phase, adding to the city’s inventory of ready-to-occupy high-rise housing. The Full OC also enables buyers to proceed with home loan disbursements, property registration, and long-term occupancy planning.

As Hyderabad continues to expand westward, completed residential projects in locations such as Narsingi are expected to play a key role in meeting urban housing demand while contributing to the city’s evolving skyline.
