Sanjeevini Group has announced the launch of its new luxury residential project, The Adwaith, located on Varthur CDP Road in Gunjur, East Bengaluru. The project marks the developer’s latest entry into the premium housing segment and is positioned within one of the city’s rapidly developing residential corridors.
The Adwaith is spread across approximately 8.3 acres and comprises a total of 668 residential units developed across five high-rise towers. The project offers spacious 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartment configurations designed to meet the requirements of modern urban homebuyers. The total built-up area of the development is estimated at around 17 lakh square feet.
According to industry reports, apartment prices at The Adwaith start from approximately ₹1.7 crore, placing the project firmly in the luxury category. The developer has indicated that the project carries an estimated revenue potential of about ₹1,200 crore. The development is being executed under a joint development agreement with landowners, a model commonly adopted for large residential projects in Bengaluru.
The project’s location on the 45-metre-wide Varthur CDP Road offers strong connectivity to major employment and infrastructure hubs in East Bengaluru. It provides convenient access to the Outer Ring Road, Sarjapur Road, and other key arterial routes, making it suitable for professionals working in nearby technology parks and business districts. The surrounding micro-market has witnessed steady infrastructure growth, contributing to increased residential demand.
The Adwaith is expected to feature a range of lifestyle amenities and landscaped open spaces aimed at enhancing the living experience for residents. While detailed specifications are yet to be fully disclosed, the project is positioned as a premium development aligned with current market preferences for larger homes and community-oriented living.
The construction timeline for the project is estimated at around 30 months. Gunjur has emerged as a preferred residential destination in East Bengaluru due to improving connectivity, availability of social infrastructure, and proximity to established IT corridors.
