Noel Sentrum is a single luxury apartment tower by Noel Builders on A M Thomas Road at Valanjambalam, just off MG Road in central Ernakulam. It is one of the few new projects in the old city centre, within walking distance of Ernakulam South Metro, the South railway station, Medical Trust Hospital and the MG Road shopping stretch.
The tower rises to twelve floors above a basement and ground floor on a 0.68-acre plot, with 44 apartments in all. Floors 2 to 11 have four homes each, while the 1st and 12th floors have two, which keeps lift lobbies quiet. Two passenger lifts and a separate service and fire lift serve the building.
There are four plans. The 3 BHK homes, Types C and D, have carpet areas of 1,646 and 1,686 Sq.Ft. and saleable areas of 2,491 and 2,551 Sq.Ft. The 4 BHK homes, Types A and B, have carpet areas of 2,244 and 2,146 Sq.Ft. and saleable areas of 3,237 and 3,100 Sq.Ft. Every plan has a servant room with its own toilet, a store and a utility area.

About the developer, Noel Builders
Noel Builders, registered as Noel Villas and Apartments, has been building homes in Kochi since 1995. The firm is run by its partners John Thomas and Geetha John, both graduate engineers with decades of construction experience, and is based at Noel House in Thrikkakara, Kakkanad.
