- Chikkajala sits closer to the city than the Devanahalli belt where most north Bengaluru plotted supply has launched, which historically supports a higher rate per square foot on resale.
- Prestige has a real plotted track record in this corridor rather than a first attempt at the format, including Marigold on the same highway.
- Plotted land carries no loading factor. You buy the square feet you own, which on this site is worth saying out loud after a run of apartment projects charging 55 to 97 per cent loading.
