What they build. It began with a residential layout at Vamanjoor for middle-class buyers. Today it builds apartment towers, mixed-use projects such as Rohan City at Bejai, and plotted layouts.
How they are doing now. In May 2025 the company named actor Shah Rukh Khan as its brand ambassador for Karnataka and said it planned many new launches. Because it is private, it does not publish sales figures.
