Who they are. Sumadhura Group was started in 1995 by G. Madhusudhan, who still leads it as Chairman and Managing Director. It is a private, family run company based in Bengaluru, with an office in Hyderabad.
How big they are. The company says it has delivered 56 projects covering about 17 million Sq.Ft. over three decades. In September 2026 it said about 11 million Sq.Ft. of homes and offices are under construction.
What they build. Mainly mid to premium apartments in East Bengaluru areas like Whitefield, Marathahalli and Panathur, plus projects in North Bengaluru and Hyderabad. It also builds offices, plotted layouts and warehouses.
How they are doing now. In January 2026 it announced six new Bengaluru projects with over 4,000 homes. In September 2026 it said it plans to invest ₹17,000 Cr by March 2030, mostly from its own money and customer payments, with about ₹2,000 Cr of debt.
