In January 2025 the Economic Times reported that the group plans to grow beyond Hyderabad into Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai with ₹4,100 Cr of committed capital.
What they build. Mainly apartments, from mid-range family homes to high-end towers. Its projects sit in the western growth areas of Hyderabad such as Kokapet, Tellapur, the Financial District, Neopolis and Gopanpally. It has also started its first project in Bengaluru (Whitefield).
How they are doing now. Hyderabad is still where almost all of its work is. The Bengaluru, Mumbai and Chennai plans are new, so the company has no delivery record in those cities yet.
