The Roots is a villa product for buyers who want independent-feeling living near the airport without buying land and building. Every unit is a triplex with a private lift, sold as 4 BHK, and the price of ₹4.56 to ₹4.88 Cr all-inclusive is well below what branded independent villas fetch closer to the city. Row villas share walls, so privacy is lower than a detached plot, and with work only about a tenth done, completion in 2030 depends on steady progress.
