Exotica Housing has announced a ₹500 crore commercial development in Sector 132, Noida. The project marks the company’s entry into the IT and ITES commercial real estate segment. It is located along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, one of the fastest-growing business corridors in Delhi-NCR, joining other major national hubs like the emerging IT corridor in Coimbatore’s Neelambur.
The project is named Exotica One32. It will be developed across nearly five acres and includes two towers with 27 floors each.
